Untitled Group is Australia’s largest independently-owned music and events company, renowned as the creative minds behind much loved music festivals Beyond The Valley, Pitch Music & Arts, Wildlands, Grapevine Gathering, For The Love & Ability Fest. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a music-loving Campaign Manager who is ready to join our Marketing team.

We are seeking a Campaign Manager to work with us on forward-thinking marketing campaigns that inspire music lovers and festival goers alike. THE ROLE 
As an Untitled Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Marketing campaigns across a selection of Untitled Group festivals, events and ventures, with the aim of optimising results and achieving our team’s goals. You will handle campaigns from the strategy stage through to the reporting stage, and be accountable for the success of that campaign.

Untitled Group started as a passion project and has remained one, which is why we are looking for a candidate with a shared passion for music, who will contribute to our vision. We are looking for an individual who prides themselves on mutual respect, honesty and integrity. Contributing to lunch-time banter is desirable and an obsessive eye for detail is a must. 

HOW YOU WILL BE SPENDING YOUR TIME

  • Supporting Head of Marketing with the overall Marketing strategy and campaigns 
  • Collaboratively devising  strategy and executing the roll out plan for a campaign
  • Creating briefs for Content Creators – Graphic Designers, Web Developers, Photographers, Videographers, Influencer Marketing 
  • Creative copywriting – from event and artist bios to posts on our socials 
  • Implementing, managing and monitoring campaigns 
  • Managing sales momentum
  • Campaign Reports, Results & Metrics
  • Digital Marketing – Facebook Ads Manager is a must. Google/Youtube, Tiktok, Spotify are a bonus. 
  • Assessing sales regularly – Reacting & acting to ensure optimum sales, ROI and KPIs are met or exceeded 
  • EDMs through Mailchimp – audience management, template creation, monitoring and reporting
  • Social media marketing for a campaign – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Youtube & Twitter 
  • Updating content and copy on our websites via Webflow
  • Collaborating with Untitled partners – including – artist managers, venues and third-party platforms. 
  • Ensuring understanding, accountability and actions / timelines and milestones are implemented on all marketing plans with all appropriate partners and staff.
